I've been
involved with real estate since June of 2000. I started in the loan side of the
business and in 2003 I became a professional Realtor.
Currently my
main focus is helping my real estate investors increase their bottom line.
Whether it's flipping houses or buying rentals.
Over the years
I have been involved with various areas of increasing real estate investors
bottom line whether it's assisting with ideas on how to invest in more real
estate or lowering overhead cost.
I also get
houses that are below the market that are Not on the MLS or online. I usually
get one or two of these weekly. These deals are generally in the
Southern CA area and have to get moved on very quickly as they are snapped up
fast.
As a
residential listing agent I not only will get your home sold for the most money
and the least amount of time, (most say that). However, When offers come in I
utilize contract strategies and financial strategies that most agents don't use
to get your home sold.
As a buyers
agent, I utilize every possibility of getting your offer accepted and many
times making you look like a cash buyer. In addition to helping you get
"The Deal" I use contract strategies and financial strategies to get
you that home, even in a multiple offer situations.
